Welcome back to All In With Alley. It's a new month, which means we have a new theme. And this

month's theme is, done, do, da, done, self-love and the power of attracting and receiving. I had a

whole other plan. And we made a last minute pivot. And I'm going to tell you why. And I just know it was divinely written

that this is what we were meant to do. And I'll tell you about it. But today we are going to

talk about something that most high achievers don't want to admit. And I was one of them.

And that is we don't have an effort problem.

We have a receiving problem. So if you have been the strong one, the responsible one, the independent one, if you learned early not to rely on anyone. If you were conditioned to work harder, hustle,

trust you and no one else, you likely built a life where most good things come from you and your

effort. And you probably think that's productive, but it's not. Because it's

actually the thing that is cutting you off from ease, romance, money, and aligned opportunities,

or at least significantly higher and deeper levels of them.

Because at the end of the day, money does not, an abundance, let's say abundance,

abundance, abundance does not respond to force.

It responds to self-worth, safety, and permission.

So in this episode, we are breaking down how a broken relationship to receiving forms,

how overdoing it sends a signal of scarcity, and then I'm going to give you three ways

on how to start opening the channels that abundance flows through

today. Not journal prompts, but actual actions that you can take right now to open the channels.
