Now, how hard is it to leave that job?

Because you can't go, well, my work here is done.

Because there's so much more work to do.

I love the legal defense fund as

where I started my career and I love the work.

And I feel like I was made for that position.

But I also feel like I let it at the right moment, you know,

that almost 10 years that I led the organization was right for me.

And I really believe transition is part of leadership.
