We're all just saying how blooming cold is today. Oh, it is. So many layers on today. I was just saying, Emma, you just quickly talk us through all your layers because you've got I feel like you're nailing it. I've got a thermal vest on then a normal vest then a polar neck and then a jumper and underneath here I've got my son's football thermal leggings. Which is not very chic but it is very practical. You're making it look chic. Oh it's got all yeah you's got all. And then I've got cashmere socks on as well. |

And we went to this called Unplugged and they have various, it was just one cabin and now they have various cabins over different woods in East Sussex and Hampshire, etc. So we went to the one in Sussex. It's like an hour and a bit from London and it's like a digital detox. So the idea is that you go, you you put you lock your phone in a box and they supply you of like a Nokia like 500 whatever they were called back in |

It's kind of, it felt very nostalgic. And then we watched like the sunrise in the morning, the sunset, but on like a wintry walk. |
