Welcome to the Inside Carolina podcast. John Siegley here with Sherell McMillan,

talking about the UNC game against Louisville

last night. But before we get to that, Rel, how was your weekend? Man, everything going okay for you?

Yeah, pretty good. It's the first time I've had a long weekend for President's Day in a long time,

so just trying to enjoy that. Nice. Unfortunately, I do not have off. It's not a holiday in my career field, but you know, for those of you who are going

to have a Monday free, definitely enjoy that.

And you know, and it's always a good thing when you have a long weekend combined with

a U and C victory.

So I'm sure that makes things a little bit even nicer.

Yeah, I thought they played well on Saturday night against Louisville. It was a really impressive

performance in that they led basically the whole game. I think maybe Louisville might have led four to two

or something like that. And then Carolina finished it off the rest of the way. So just really

impressed with the team and what they've been able to do over the last couple of weeks when, you know,

they were five and five and we were talking about how many wins are left on the schedule. And as of now, there are five, and there's

a possibility for three more. So I think Roe Williams, and I think everybody is pretty pleased with

how they played the last few weeks. Yeah. And I think the biggest question mark that I had, and I think a lot of Carolina fans had too is how would the team respond after having a break?

Because they went on that three-game winning streak where it was three games and six nights.

And, you know, as we've seen with college teams, sometimes when you get a break, you kind of

relax a little bit and you can start off rusty. But like you said, Roel, the heels came out and

they basically took control this game
