Yeah, professional podcaster, amateur, triathlete, lover of the sport. It all are. Even Paula, she hides it well, but she does also love the sport. We talk about a little swimming, a little biking, a little running, a little swim running, a little X-Dara, a little just running. We talk about all the things because we love it all. This weekend, I was supposed to be like a recovery week for me and for the most part I did it, but then this weekend there was a really fun ride that started from the beach. Didn't look very recovery to me. You know, it mentally felt like recovery, you know? That is a thing. Maybe that's what I needed. But yeah, we rode to the top of Mount Wilson and back, and it was so fun.
