1:04.2	it obviously the day after all that went down and since then there's been some news Croix.
1:09.7	So I think we should cover some of this with Richard Sherman and he did have a statement and I want to read
1:17.3	his full statement on social media it was this quote I am deeply remorseful for my actions on Tuesday night.
1:25.0	I behaved in a manner I am not proud of I have been dealing with some personal challenges
1:29.4	over the last several months but that is not an excuse for how I acted. The importance of mental and
1:35.8	emotional health is extremely real, and I vow to get the help I need. I appreciate all of the people
1:41.8	who have reached out in support of me and my family,
1:45.2	including our community here in Seattle. I am grateful to have such an amazing wife,
1:49.5	family, and support system to lean on during this time. That is the statement from
1:55.6	Richard Sherman and he has since pleaded not guilty to five misdemeanor charges
2:02.2	after he was released from jail and had an opportunity to see a judge so he pleaded not guilty to those mister meaner charges so we'll see how that goes for him and
2:10.1	49ers GM John Lynch gave his support to Richard Sherman in a way saying,
