A little festive watching the wreath on the screen. The case that, you know, has been sort of troubling to everyone.

And it seems more and more information is starting to trickle out, not to pour out, but trickle out.

And that's the information in regards to Sheriff Mickey Steins.

And of course, his defense is trying to get this case away from the charge of murder in the first degree, which is actually a death penalty case.

And rather, they're looking to make this a manslaughter first degree.

And part of it is a former Kentucky sheriff

was experiencing extreme emotional disturbance

when he allegedly fatally shot a judge

according to his attorney.

Now, when we talk about allegedly,

very difficult when we see video

of this shooting, of Sheriff Mickey Stein's shooting Judge Mullins to even use the word

allegedly, but that's the way lawyers speak. That's the way attorneys speak. So allegedly,

right? Former Letcher County Sheriff, Sean Mickey Steins, is 43 years old. That's the way attorneys speak. So allegedly, right? Former Letcher County

Sheriff, Sean Mickey Steins, his 43 years old, he's facing a first-degree murder charge

for shooting and killing district judge Kevin Mullins, 54, inside the Letcher County Courthouse

on September 19th. Steins retired from the position following the deadly shooting.
