Attacks by Israeli settlers in the West Bank are ramping up in frequency and intensity.

transformation in China, the world's Jeremy Siegel takes us to Shenzhen, the city that's home

to electric car giant BYD.

Standing beside the main road in Shenzhen, you almost forget you're in a city of some 20 million people.

On the surface, it looks like what you'd expect in a bustling megacity, a sea of headlights,

hubcaps, and hellish traffic. But the roar of engines you'd usually find on a major thoroughfare virtually non-existent.

I've not been an internal combustion engine car since living here because every car is electric.

That's Bridget McCarthy, an American who moved to Shenzhen three years ago for work.

We meet up in the city's Nanshan neighborhood, a business district home to thousands of tech

companies.
