Your book here is called Permission to Grief.

And I feel for years this is just growing sense that grief is way, way bigger than anybody

realizes.

But it's everywhere.

That we're all carrying around various degrees of grief.

And this is what you do.

It is.

And the first thing I tell people is like, it's beyond death.

People think grief, someone must have died.

And you must have loved them a lot.

And then you grieve.

But I'm like, no, grief is, we're losing all the time.

Yeah, the end of something, a chapter concludes, loss of a dream, a hope, an idea.
