Hi you guys, it's Andy's Girls, it's episode I truly have no idea somewhere in the 400s.

I've been dealing with a little bit of like not feeling great, so I have been trying to sleep it off.

In the meantime, I did not want you to have to wait. God forbid a couple extra days before getting an all new episode.

And there were a couple of things I was thinking about that I wanted to discuss.

First off, I have to say that if you are not watching the bear, which is a show on Hulu ostensibly about a family,

a group of folks trying to keep open and then reopen a restaurant and all that that entails.

And really the deeper dynamics of trying to process and work through grief and anxiety and everything else.

It is a perfect show. I watched season one, died for it. Season two came along.

I was like, I need like a couple days before I watch this because I know it's going to fuck me up.

And it is one of those shows where you think to yourself the first season was perfect.

How could they do better? And then you watch the second season and you're like, how the fuck do they do better?

It's unbelievable. I'm excited to deep dive it on an upcoming episode of taking it personally.

And it is one of those shows that really makes you think and is emotional but also lovely, wrenching at times.

It can make you feel incredibly tense at moments because the speed including the speed and shape of emotions can feel staggering.

But I highly recommend it. So I ended up watching season two of course and over the course of a day.

And someone tweeted something that I saw on Instagram days later, which was why it was both a question and a little bit of a decree that wouldn't it be great if the bear was available weekly and just like that was the binge.

But we could work through and just like that and then never think about it ever again and allow ourselves the space to really reflect on the bears weekly episodes instead.
