The vitamin C and the benefits of putting a topical vitamin C onto your skin is something that's

had a lot of press recently.

Ultimately it reduces the inflammation, pigmentation and protects against pollution and helps

boost collagen production. So it sounds like it does a lot.

Yeah, I mean the first time I got excited about it was at our fashion day when Amanda Harrington, the makeup artist,

spoke about it and said, actually, you can have all the facials in the world, but this is one of the ingredients you need to spend money on.

Yeah, she did, didn't she? And that's what Dr Benji, Dylan, who we interviewed for this piece, said as well.

And the products that he pulled out with the Abargy vitamin C serum, which is 64 pounds,

and the Skin Seuticals serum, which is 129.

It's expensive, but that Skin Seuticles is kind of the one that all the top skin doctors

made about.

And Amanda Harrington, who sent me to Destination Skin in Phyllum where I've

been having some vitamin C peels, it's the brand that they rave about. So clearly, skin suiticles

is a brand. I think that, you know, you actually use a very little amount. So yes, they are

expensive, but, you know, they last for a long time. I've always wondered whether a serum actually does anything.

But then when you bring the vitamin C in, to me, it makes a bit more sense.
