Who are you when nobody is watching?

You see, you can have extraordinary courage, but terrible integrity.

It's more demanding than it usually gets credit for.

He revealed that he had never actually intended to go to war.

Crisis doesn't create character, it reveals it.

The main difference between the wolf and the sheep dog is character.

Integrity is what makes capability safe. You can't correct what you haven't named.

This episode is Integrity, living aligned, especially when no one's watching. I'm going to open

with a quick question that I want you to sit with.

It's not a trick question.

It might feel like one, though.

Here it is.

Who are you when nobody is watching?

Not who do you want to be?

Not who you are when your boss is in the room or when your kids are looking or when your reputation is on the line.

But who you are, say at 11 o'clock on a Wednesday night, when you're tired, no one's grading

you, and the choice in front of you is, let's just say, uncomfortable or inconvenient.

That's the person, that 11 o'clock Wednesday night version of you, is that your actual character?

Everything else is performative. And performances,
