Your ethos will tell you why you stand your ground.

But courage is what allows you to stand that ground.

Most people think courage means fearlessness. I say they're wrong.

See, courage isn't the absence of fear, but what happens after the fear shows up?

It's the moment you feel the pull to retreat, yet you choose to move forward anyhow.

That distinction isn't semantic.

It changes everything about how you train, how you lead,
