who a lot of our lie fans will know. Danny Dyer is this anxiety.

So Danny explores why she and other new moms struggle with anxiety,

the pressure of being a good mom and how come it's just not spoken about more.

It's actually really, really interesting and something we talk about a lot on the pod.

It certainly is. And I have to say, actually, Lou, thank you for the recommendation.

But obviously I am into this topic, having suffered with anxiety myself.

And I did watch it the other day. It was brilliant. And as you say, it is something we discuss a lot.

And something that our Lufanians do write into us a lot about anxiety.

And Danny says this in the documentary, because since 2020, anxiety and expecting months is risen by a massive 60%.

And it is something really important to speak about and normalize.

I know. And listen, I know I take the mix sometimes, but it really is an important topic.
