anyone born on or after January the first 2009, it will be illegal to buy cigarettes. It would

be illegal for anyone to sell you cigarettes after that point, which means that, yeah, if you were born on January

1st, 2009, or on December the 31st, 2008, you'll have to carry ID with you if you want to

sustain a lifelong smoking habit and produce it

every time you're at the tobacco counter. It's crazy, right? But it's also bold, I think. It's very
