What is up, Limitless Lifers? So today I've got a new coaching episode for you and this one is a really special one because I was actually doing a coaching call inside of one of my online courses.

All of the people who are on these podcast coaching episodes are students who are in my online courses.

So I was doing a coaching call

for my students in one of my programs. And one of my students spoke up and had this

profound question. She said, I've got a radio interview lined up for me. And I'm terrified

of people hearing what my voice sounds like.

Now, during this group coaching call for my students, she typed her question out, so I didn't

actually hear her voice, but I already knew there was probably nothing wrong with what her voice

sounded like. And so during this coaching call with my students,

we were getting into it and really understanding what was underneath this fear of people

hearing what her voice sounded like. And I won't give away too much because we're going to

really dive deep into it in this episode. But throughout our conversation in today's coaching call, it becomes

this beautifully profound metaphor for anyone who is afraid of people hearing their voice,

people seeing their fullest expression, people witnessing them in who they really are and watching their growth and what it

might feel like for you to ask for more in your life to speak up about who you are and what you want.
