I've only posted because I wanted to inspire others.

I wanted to share my journey.

I feel like so many women, like a few years ago,

were very intimidated by Cross cross fit intimidated by women lifting weights and having muscles and so I wanted to show like hey it's okay to be one of those women who lift weights who have muscles and you are strong like strong is beautiful and

I think that kind of just helped inspire so many other women and which is why I've been able to grow

my following and it's never been like about the number it's always just for me it's never been like about the number. It's always just for me. It's just

been something I've been super passionate about.
