| 1:27.2 | fitness, after I had my second child, I was like, okay, I need to really just start being active because, you know, I just need to have some more energy. I've got, you know, one kid and then a toddler, you know, baby. And then I was like, I need to start getting back into fitness. And so that's when I started just really pushing myself to start working out regularly. And it, you know, |

| 1:50.0 | like, those at home, you know, workouts and just really started to do that. And then I guess that's been, |

| 2:00.2 | then I also had another child. So that's kind of where I was really kind of more like restricting calories, more like 1,200 calories to try to like really cut weight. And, you know, because I had no idea. Growing up, I didn't really have a good example of like how to eat well. It was just kind of eat whatever. But of course, it was a situation where I could eat whatever I want and I didn't gain any weight. |
