0:17.0	I first heard this poem at a event in New York where women were gathering to create goals and talk about their dreams
0:27.2	and discuss what could perhaps be holding them back from forward momentum. And this poem was read to us and I've never forgotten it.
0:41.0	I love it. It came to my mind a couple of times in the last week or so I thought I am going to record it for my pod listeners.

1:09.2	what it could mean to you in your life right now. The poem is called She Let Go by Reverend Sapphire Rose.
1:25.8	She let go.
1:29.2	She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go.
1:33.6	She let go of the fear, she let go of the judgments, she let go of the confluence of opinions
1:40.5	swarming around her head.
1:43.0	She let go of the committee of indecision within her.
1:47.0	She let go of all of the right reasons.
1:52.0	Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go.
2:00.0	She didn't ask anyone for advice.
2:02.0	She didn't read anyone for advice.
2:02.8	She didn't read a book on how to let go.
2:06.0	She didn't search the scriptures.
