20-year-old Indigo Garza was murdered in February in the parking lot of a Houston apartment complex.

The worst thing a mother could possibly deal with.

She was my only daughter. She never had a chance to have kids get married.

She never had a chance to get her own life straightened out.

She had dreams and she wanted to follow

them. Three people have been arrested and a fourth suspect is still on the run and Indigo Garza's

mother is begging for someone to come forward. I forgive you, but you still deserve the

consequences of your actions.

She did not deserve to die.

Police say the suspect who is still at large has a history of violating bond.

When you're on bond, it's almost like being on parole. You have certain conditions that you have to abide and follow.

And if you don't abide and follow them, there should be repercussions

for your actions.
