Welcome to another episode of The Chicks on the Right podcast. Today we're very excited to talk to Dr. Sheila Nasarian. She is a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon founder of Nazarian skin and you might recognize her if you watch the Netflix series Skin Decision Before and After. She has also appeared on a ton of other shows and outlets, including some of our

favorites like Prager You and Newsmax. And if you're not familiar with her, she is a very outspoken

conservative activist, a Jewish-Iranian-American, strong defender of Israel, which of course, we love.

And I love. And recently, you actually have talked about a concept that we have mentioned from time to time on our show,

Takia.

Talk about how that relates to what we're seeing happening right now in Iran.

It's not even just right now, you guys. I mean, these Islamists will do

whatever it takes to achieve the end goal, which is a caliphate, a worldwide caliphate. So just to

give your audience a little bit of a background on me, I was actually born in New York on vacation, and we went back to Iran, and that was

1979, and the revolution started months later.

It's a very interesting concept that I think it's new to people, but they actually wouldn't

let us leave.

So a lot of times, like with Maduro, for example, millions of people left, you know,

and or were exiled. In Iran, it was such a brain and money drain that they actually wouldn't let

you leave. So the Iran-Iraq War started a year later after I was born. So it was 1980 to

1985. There was bombs flying. I remember just like in Israel, the sirens go off.

And then you see the lights coming through the sky. Very similar, except we don't have bomb shelters

in Iran. So we would just go to the window. And my mom would say, let's go watch the fireworks.

Oh my gosh. Mom did land close by one, landed a couple blocks away. And, you know, it was just like my parents could see,

especially my mom, she could see this wasn't a good place to raise her two daughters for

obvious reasons that we're hearing about now. And my dad used to be the chief medical officer

for the Shah's hospital. And so, you know, anyone related in any shape, way or form to the Shah, whether you're Muslim, Jewish, Baha'i, whatever, you were killed or jailed. So my dad was a pathologist, and he had diagnosed a parasite in one of his lab tech's eyes and saved his eyesight. And the lab tech was part of the resistance to the Shah. And he basically came to my dad one day and said,
