1:34.5	So since then, I've been maintaining co-living strategies. And I'm also living in my house on my
1:40.1	own. So my first two properties are now fully rentals, but I've really been working on getting
1:46.3	a property per year since we last spoke. So the first two properties were house hacks. And this
1:51.4	third property, you're not house hacking. So I'm sort of house hacking. I'm actually renting out
1:56.5	to my brother right now. So that's the easiest house hack. Yeah, it's the easiest house hack.
