O'way Show. And on today's show, I have a special guest, Jasmine Gittens. Welcome to the One Deal

O'way Show. How are you doing? I'm doing well. Thank you so much for having me. I'm super excited

to be here and be with your audience and talk about that One Deal that started it all. That One Deal

that changed your entire life. Absolutely. I love that. So before we get started, a lot of people,

if you haven't seen the show before, this is basically, we're going to go back and visit people's

first deal. And we're going to talk about what it was like to get experience that first deal and where

they are now so that continue to have the success. But we love it's the first deal that you'll never

forget. And I believe that's why it's good to have the show called One Deal O'way because we're

going to talk about the first deal. But before we get into that deal, Jasmine, what I want to know

is kind of tell me a little bit about your background in general. Sure. Sure. So went to High

or University, H.U. Right? We came out, you know, with really in different jobs, nothing that

necessarily correlated to my degree, right? But then finally, I started working on Wall Street.

I moved to New Jersey. I started working in New York, a company called ALM, where I was a senior

marketing manager there for GlowStreet.com, which is a huge publication for real estate investors.

Right? So I was marketing putting events on nationwide for investors, talking about what was going

on in the industry, you know, what type of investment investors should be in, right? But I was on

the back end of the table, right? I was signing people into rooms of thousands of high-level

investors. And I really wanted to be on the other side. You know, I wanted to be coming in. I

wanted to be registering and getting the in scoop on the real estate industry. I always knew

that real estate was a passion of mine. I was always like studying real estate. I was actually a real estate

agent for three years as well. So I had some experience in the real estate industry. And, you know,
