Los Angeles, Ben Acker and I are celebrating the release of our new Star Wars Young Adult novel,

Star Wars Join the Resistance, thematically, timely,

with a big variety show, charity, benefit, fun around, book signing, book release party on March 8th

at Largo the Coronet. It's going to be Star Wars themed. It's going to be resistance themed, which makes a lot of sense.

And we've got a great lineup shaping up already, and we'll be announcing lots of guests throughout the month.

We hope you can join us.

The show will benefit Public Council, which is the nation's largest not-for-profit law firm specializing in delivering pro bono legal services.

They're right here in Los Angeles, and they strive to achieve three goals, protecting the legal rights of disadvantaged children,

representing immigrants who have been the victims of torture, persecution, domestic violence, trafficking, and other crimes,

and fostering economic justice by providing individuals and institutions in underserved communities with access to quality legal representation. We really believe in this organization, and

we know a lot of bigger organizations are getting a lot of donations right now, and we thought

it would be good to highlight public council, which is, while a very big organization, is really

focused on Los Angeles primarily.
