convicted of the conspiracy to commit murder and other

charges at the federal level, but he was granted a retrial. I forget what the reasoning was,

and during this retrial, they offered him a plea. It was a 10-year sentence in prison, and he took it. So that's why he only

ended up doing 10 years. He actually ended up doing less than 10 years because he had some time

off for good behavior. I've always had some problems with that guy's sentence. It was so short,

and the guy, Trinkler, who made the bomb the bomb is still in the joint and they both should be
