On June 7, 2011, Amber Michelle Hilberling, just 19 years old and seven months pregnant, was dragged into a police station after being found standing over the body of her husband at the top of the University Tower parking garage in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

According to the firefighters responding to the call, when they arrived at the top of the garage, they found the body of 23-year-old Joshua Hilberling

lying on the concrete, and Amber crying, telling them, I didn't mean to do it. I didn't mean to push him

out the window. The pair lived on the 25th floor, and Joshua's body was found atop the 8th floor parking garage.

Though released on bond the very next day, the Hilberlings had a long history of domestic violence

claims, with both families pointing the finger and accusing the other spouse of abuse.

According to Joshua's father, he was done and wanted a divorce.

Now, while the case seemed pretty cut and dry at the beginning, things got a little more complicated

when Amber, prior to being brought to trial for the murder, actually sued the University

Club Tower, alleging that Joshua's death was the result of negligence on the part of
