Summary

Many of our Relationship School students know the tool “sharing impact.” Well, now I have a short update on that tool for you.

My wife and I made a big improvement based on something we saw with our students.

When not done well, this tool can leave some people feeling defensive. So, we added a step that will mitigate some of that defensiveness.
