While you're turning there to the Book of john i want to ask you a question start

off this morning a little bible quiz one question probably pretty simple hopefully

i want to know when and where jesus said these words when and where was he when he said it is

finished anybody know he's on the cross okay that's that's our When and where was he when he said it is finished? Anybody know?

He was on the cross, okay?

That's our first answer.

And that is one of the places where Jesus said those words.

Look at John chapter 19, verse 30.

One of the times where Jesus says it is finished, this is where we often think of, immediately

think.

When Jesus said he had finished, he was done, he'd finished all that he was supposed to do.

It was John chapter 19, verse 30.

And he's sitting on the cross and says when he had finished, when he had received the drink,

Jesus said, it is finished.

And with that, he bowed his head and he gave up his spirit.

But does anybody know the other time when Jesus said that he was finished?
