Hey everyone, I hope it's been a great week for you and I've been looking forward to you guys

hearing from my friend Shannon Sedgwick Davis.

She's not only got a new book out, but she's been this person that's been very

influential in my life, and I thought she would be the perfect person to talk about this idea of sustaining belief.

We met in India, I bet I was 20 years ago, and seeing what she was doing informed me about what she actually believed.

And I think that's a key thing for us to keep in mind in this idea of pursuing your ambitions and looking for opportunities and

taking action on those.

People will know what you believe when they see what you do.

And I am crystal clear on what Shannon believes because I saw what she was doing.

There is something about having friends around you as you pursue big dreams.

There's nothing else that's more encouraging to me, nothing else that helps me really sustain the past,

sustained believing besides kind words, encouraging words from close friends.

So I love listening to the conversations you have with your friends because I get to see the kind of impact they have on you.

Yeah and so as you're listening you might think about a couple people that have

to one another, the gratitude that you have for what they've done in your life.

I hope, what you'll do is find a way to connect with somebody and help them sustain belief

and what they're doing and thank them for what they've done in your life.

Shannon's been that kind of person.

She'll give me a call, I'll see her at different parts of the country. And we get to
