What's happening with those in an amazing episode with the incredible hilarious Shannon O'Neill

you may know from the Chris Gether show which I highly recommend the wonderful Chris Gether

who's been on the podcast several times is a dear friend of mine and his show is amazing

and Shannon is amazing on it.

Apart from that I've also known Shannon as a wonderful improviser through my whole time

in New York and she remained a huge staple and I believe she even first herself as the

kind of mama bear of that scene and it was just such a wonderful insider perfect glimpse

into improv and comedy and a very interesting life as well with Shannon.

So let's get to this quickly.
