three fine guests so I'm going to introduce in a moment.

Only one of them goes by one name like Oprah. I'll give you a hint.

But today we talk about attorneys for Shannon Gardner and

Shannon Gardner herself because they last week

continue to argue in court that she should be released on bond ahead of her trial in the Murder for Higher

plot. Shanna Gardner is accused of plotting to kill her ex-husband Jared

Bridegan with the help of her second husband Mario Fernandez-Saldana as well as a man named Henry

Tenant who's now the admitted trigger man he cut a deal with the state and

is expected to be the state's prime witness, star witness in this trial.

Police say that this guy Henry Tendant placed a tire on a Jacksonville street and that

caused Jared Brydigan to stop and see what was going on when he gets out he

gets shot several times at close range.

What's very disturbing and upsetting about it is that

Jared Bridegan's young daughter that he has with his now widowed wife

was in the backseat of that car luckily she was not

harmed ten and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder as I said

uh prosecutors alleged that henry ten and was actually paid for a trust fund funded by Shannon Gardner's parents
