memorable performances and yeah maybe Greg and I had a little bit to do with him getting elected in the

first place we'll go over that story and how I was under the impression I remember

making that drive home from CBC calling my wife saying I think I just got fired.

I'll tell you that story in a couple of seconds.

Meanwhile, he's Mark Savard.

He's the head coach of the Windsor Spitfires and he is now

shepherding the career of one Shane Wright. He joins me on the program now.

Not bad buddy, a long time no talk, but excited here in Windsor that's for sure.

I was going to say like you know when you get a player like this

like you know first of all like a team like Kamloops like they're hosting the

Memorial Cup so they've been you know junior hockey and

that's a great junior hockey market to begin with but then olensel rigger shows up and

it's a shot in the arm Seattle Thunderbirds or addering a million different players

and they may get Dylan Gunther etc.

What is getting Shane right you know meant to we'll get to the team in a second we'll get to

you but what does it meant to you know Windsor itself having Shane right there?
