I named it Bow's Bowling Go, and that was the horse that she set their end of record on at the NFR. Not many people know that. So I named it after that because I don't want people come and eat my crawfish because it's Shane Hanchi's crawfish. Like, I want it to be good, and I want you to come back because the crawfish is good and it's good quality. So I named it like that. In hindsight, I probably should have put a little bit of my name into it. But like I said, it's gotten that reputation where people like it for the quality and the taste. And that's why I named it what I did. It's bad to the bone. Yeah. How many different crawfish bowls a year do y'all do?
