So I look through some people's career.

Let's take one of my business partners, Marshall Falk.

Marshall, what most people don't know, most of the teams that he played for, they didn't win.

And he did not receive individual acknowledgement until later on into his career.

Well, didn't win the Ice Petrophy and wasn't drafted first.

And yet when he finally became in other people's eyes, a champion was when he left Peyton Manning

to go to a grocery store bagging quarterback at the Rams.

And for me, there's a message of doing your best, learning lessons and having fun

and not attaching your emotions to the outcome.

When I meet someone like you, on the other hand, who was a McDonald's All-American

and is wounded at every single level, champion chips, and have gotten the acknowledgement
