We are glad to be back, so let's get to it. Okay, so tonight we are going to talk about a case that I have been wanting to cover

really since we started the podcast, but I was always a little hesitant because of how close this case is to my family personally

And honestly I always try to find cases that can be longer episodes because I know that's what you guys like. I mean, you know, same, but over the past few weeks, this case has been really heavy on my mind, and I just wanted to go ahead and cover it, so that's what we're going to do tonight.

Meg and I have talked several times on the podcast

about how we grew up in a small town, a safe town.

This is one of the reasons why that when Meg was abducted,

it was such a shock,

because we lived in a town where things like this never happened.

Blackford County still has some of that small town charm.

Admittedly, some of the charm has been lost as factories left, jobs were lost,

and there have been increases in drug use that have kind of put a cloud over the town that
