You don't want to just be great in your business and then come home and have a terrible marriage.

Once I know a vision, then I go and backlog and say, okay, now how can we get there?

What steps do we need to take to get there?

I feel like you should always be in the position of a student, always willing to learn.

Community is everything.

I have the right team that's helping me.

I have the people that I function without community right now. I read in areas that I need

improvement. So in every area of my life, I can tell you a different book I'm reading. Relationships,

emotional health, I'm reading something different. It has to work where it has to work.
