Charlotte came on to talk with me about her new book is Fred in the refrigerator,

taming OCD and reclaiming my life. It's a book that's written like a fiction,

but it's actually her life story. It's an entertaining read, it's educational.

It shows some of the pitfalls people find when trying to get treatment in OCD.

For example, her spending years trying to find the right therapist or clinician to help her.

So there's lots of learnings in that sense if you're in that stage.

But yeah I get on to ask her various things about her book. We go into it about the number
