0:00.0	Some of you have been watching my pictures and my videos that I've been posting today and it's been a big day of change here at London Real because we have thrown out the old studio what I grew up on, but I remember know my own two hands three and a half years ago and we've shaken the whole thing up to a 180 degree and
0:18.2	I'm going to go with some new studio lighting and new everything and it's just weird you know because we're all
0:23.9	a bit resistant to change and we all have a little bit of a hoarder in us as well and
0:28.4	I'm so used to things being in a particular place when I do the interviews and
0:32.3	where my microphone is and I you know
0:34.8	created and built every single place where the cameras are and I added the
0:38.8	GoPro and I added all the single shots and I used to do the editing and so for me this has been a good exercise
0:44.7	today in letting go letting go of the status quo and everything that's worked in the past
0:49.9	and just making some new decisions and they might not take you always in the right place but at least they'll take you to a new place and then you can pivot and make some new decisions.
0:58.0	So it's been strange, it's been a few times I've had some doubts and I'm like wait you know maybe everything's
1:02.9	fine the way it is you know maybe the setup is okay and it's about the
1:07.0	content and it's about the journey so why do we want it to look like you know
1:11.9	Charlie Rose or those kind of things.
1:13.8	But at the same time, I keep thinking, you know,
1:15.8	why aren't I stepping my game up?
1:17.7	And we always need to be raising our game
1:19.6	before someone else tells you you need to raise your game because then it's too late and so
1:24.7	you know that's what you see with great innovators and then even people that you like
1:27.8	spending time with they're always innovating themselves they're making
1:30.6	themselves better they're making their relationships better They're making their relationships better.
1:33.0	They're making their wife happier, their best friend even better.
1:36.0	And so, I sort of the feeling I got today is that maybe it's time that you make a couple changes to your life
