Summary

Often referred to as the "Penis Pump Predator" by TCaP fans, in 2006, 36 year old Shaka Khan started chatting with a girl he believed to be thirteen years old named "Samantha". Shaka lied about his age saying he was 25 and complimented the girl on her profile picture. 45 minutes into the chat, Khan made his plan to come over to party and made his intentions to have sex with the decoy known shortly after that.
