It started with a rusty bike. I was clearing out the garage and I found my old one that I hadn't ridden for years.

So I searched how to fix up a bike on Tik-Tock.

I found loads of videos on there, like how to fix a chain, change the brakes and mend a puncture.

That led me to a video about local bike routes around Manchester. Turns out there's a nice one that goes past work, so I started cycling in.

Now it's only me that's a bit rusty.

My dad, his new wife, her daughter, and I went on a mini vacation to the island to stay in what was one of a group of old cabins.

There were only two bedrooms and my step sister was pregnant at the time so she got one of

them which left me with the pullout couch in the living

room. One night I woke up, not knowing what from, and I could feel and sort of visually make out somebody walking straight by me from the back door and into the kitchen.

After having been woken up, I was annoyed more than anything, and I tried to go back to sleep.

Shortly after my head hit the pillow, I was roused again.

But this time, the cause was clear.

The cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were being opened and closed, and quite forcefully.
