Michael Philip here, welcome back to the Mind Meld.

0:20.7

I adore you, my dear wonder dippers. Thank you for being here.

0:25.7

And what I adore about this one in particular is, well, we always do a lot of conversational

0:34.4

mind mining. That's for sure. Hopefully we come up with a gem or two from time to time. But

0:42.2

anytime I truly feel that I came away from one of these conversations with a new, precious idea,

0:52.1

a deepened insight or even just like a simplification of a topic that was once murky.

2:16.8

And I do think shadow work suffers from that on occasion. But like I said, the way Kyle

2:25.0

characterizes it is just refreshingly simple. Also, I just always rejoice when I run into any kind of

2:32.8

accredited expert in a field that is first and foremost a vulnerable human. You know, when they

2:40.8

want to meet you on that level, instead of leaning on that expertise, because man, like a PhD

2:49.0

is a tempting piece of intellectual bling to flop around. You know, it's kind of like an
