President Trump will withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal or not.

He's going to be announcing his decision from the White House at 2 p.m. according to a

tweet this afternoon. Who wants to take a guess? I think he's not going to certify.

Let's get put it out there and there's plenty of good reason plenty of policy rationale for

the president to say you know what? Enough's enough. Let's renegotiate some aspects of

this deal. One administration cannot despite what some courts seem to think about immigration

and executive orders put a pin in that for another time. One administration cannot bind the

discretion of another. That can't be the way this goes. And I think that you are likely

to see here that the U.S. wants say another another bite at the apple here wants another
