Hello, I was browsing on the government website

earlier today, and I found this list

they published a couple of days ago.

And it's things that you can do

if you've deferred your university place to next year.

So it's a bit kind of like gap your ideas.

And it's quite an interesting combination of things.

You could work as a healthcare assistant in the NHS.

You could be a paid tutor on the national tutoring program

to help school children catch up.

You could be a cadet in the armed forces

or you could work on the railways

or you could volunteer with Her Majesty's courts

and tribunals services.

Or this is the most dramatic one.

You could train as a special constable in the police.

So if you've taken up any of these generous offers,
