Shabbat is. Do you know what it is? You didn't? Yeah, so I'm going to tell you what it is.

And this is not a religious episode, but this is actually an episode. I'm going to give

you a format of how I do my weekly Friday dinners and my hope is that you go and do these yourself and send me a photo of it.

you through how we actually do them. So Shabbat, it is a Jewish thing, but the idea

of it is not Jewish. It's just getting people together. And in Judaism, basically it's like God or whoever's up there, Mr. Mrs. God.

Monday through Friday, we're working hard. So we're working and giving, giving, giving, and the idea with Chabad is that one day out of of the week the earth hooks you up and it's like you just take a break if you ever go to visit Israel which I highly recommend even if you're not religious whatsoever which I'm not on Friday nights the city is dead quiet because everyone is having Shabha with their friends and family and it's a really nice time because so many times on Friday you go out for drinks or you just go through the same thing but it's nice to actually connect and talk with one another.

So a few years ago after I got back from Israel they decided that I'm going to start doing

my own chabad dinners and host them at my house. And so it's on Friday night

I coordinated agenda because I found it a little bit more helpful in

facilitating these types of meals. So here's exactly how I like to do my Shabbat

shabot when I start off my shabot meals I have everyone turn off their phone all

week our phones are on so everyone needs to put them in airplane mode and

then you put them on the side or put them in your pocket but everyone

turns their phone off. That's the first thing. What I do to like warm up the crowd is I get everyone to say
