So today I wanted to take a fairly common summer nice weather activity hiking and break it down and talk about the many many ways that something like this something something that's so simple, actually benefits your family.

Here's why this is important. On the podcast I talk a lot about the importance of involving

our kids in unstructured activities and in the current day and age that

we live in there is a tendency to enroll our kids in soccer, baseball, nature camp, you

name it. And we feel like this is the right thing to do,

we can feel like if we're not doing these that our kids might be missing out.
