He says, is it possible that all the satellites, Mr. Musk, and others are putting into orbit, could cause the beginning of a Kessler syndrome?

Yes, absolutely.

Would you care to elaborate?

For those of you who don't know what Kessel syndrome is, we're up in space, which is mostly

empty.
