Good afternoon everybody and welcome to our show. We're going to go ahead and start

with questions in just a second.

While we're getting ready to get started here,

please get your questions into the moderators in as legible format as you can,

so they can get them as transferred over to me.

If you're not too clear on that, there's usually a light time about 10 to 15 minutes

on a question actually reaching me as we go through them,

and our moderators pick them out from the chat window, put them over to me on our
