Hey guys welcome to episode 140 of the podcast with my guest

Seychelles we did it everybody for those of you who were fans of the legend of

Cora I'm so glad that Seychell was able to come onto the podcast post serious finale and talk about

that but I don't want you to think that that's all we talked about.

I don't want any core fans to be disappointed that that we don't talk about it more we talked about it

as much as we felt we could and for those of you don't care about Legend of CORA

first of all you absolutely should because it's a phenomenal show and I'm not kidding.

And but you don't have to worry that it's going to be like you know nothing but conversations about that show.

I think that we did a nice balance of both.

So I hope you enjoy it.

before I have to take care of a little bit of housekeeping.

Of course, I'm up here in San Francisco
