Since we last recorded, there have been, to coin a phrase, some absolute scenes involving Manchester United. of the kind of depressing ironic hilarity of the performance away in Denmark,

which very much kind of followed the pattern that you were talking about on the last

podcast of a team that had lost its way that no longer believed in its coach that wasn't really giving

its all. But that has not proved to be what happened with what followed.

No, I mean that was an abysmal performance wasn't it against Michelin-Daway in Denmark and

properly properly bad. Michael Carrick came after way, came out afterwards and said it was

unacceptable and forgivable and you had to get better well

they got better all right and I suppose you could say that in beating Shrewsbury

and Michelin scoring eight goals are playing two pretty mediocre sides but then to go and beat Arsenal all be it aside that are

perennial bottlers but you know one one that has been flying in the Premier League

to beat them in the manner that United did in an open attacking manner end to end game.

It's just been fantastic and it feels like a team transformed.

Not coincidentally when Wain Rooney is out of the team, I might

add, just to get in a little dig there. But not just Rooney, right? There's a whole bunch of
