0:05.0	And in the Rational Male, one of the things that Rola talks about is women peak in their early 20s.
0:11.0	In other words, typically from like 18 to about 24, 25 is a woman's peak hot years, hotness years, if you roll.
0:20.0	That's where she's going to get the most, look the best,
0:22.9	get the most attention from men.
0:24.5	And as she starts to age out beyond that,
0:28.1	she notices that her younger friends are now getting more attention
0:32.1	than she's getting.
0:34.8	And so he says it's harder to attract good men and father children
0:41.4	longer as she waits. Obviously from biological perspective, obviously that's true.
0:45.8	And also depends on how well you take care of your body. You know, people trash their bodies.
0:50.6	They get in their 30s. They're going to have hard time conceiving kids or conceiving
0:54.6	healthy kids. I've had people that I've known over the years in business where one guy was just,
1:01.9	he smoked like a chimney, he was overweight, didn't exercise, his just teeth were jacked up and
1:07.9	gnarly, and his wife smoked like a chimney and she was out of shape and
1:13.3	they had a baby. I think she was in her 30s and the baby had all kinds of health problems.
1:17.7	And it's like anytime we got around this guy, he just reeked of like an ashtray.
1:22.2	And neither one of them looked healthy and as a result their their baby wasn't healthy it's like so
1:28.8	if you're not you're not a healthy person you're trying to father children or carry children it's
1:35.2	going to be a lot a lot harder as more complications more problems yeah i had my children earlier in
1:41.4	life in my 20s so i guess i can't speak on searching for a man in my 30s
1:47.0	and 40s or having babies later in life but obviously it's ideal for a woman to have them earlier
